Care & Cleaning
With a little care, your harness will last a lifetime. When cleaning is necessary, we recommend using saddle soap followed by a leather conditioner. Be careful to limit exposure to harsh chemicals, including suntan lotion and adhesives, to keep your harness looking its best.
All purchases with a receipt are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for one year from date of purchase through repair or exchange. Keep your receipt and contact us for any assistance and additional information (Hours 10 to 7 EST).
For 7 days from shipping date, all returns (except custom items) are for exchange or store credit. All return or exchange merchandise must be in band-new and in sellable condition. There is a 30% restocking fee for all custom goods. We do not return or exchange any underwear or fabric jocks. ALL ITEMS BEING RETURNED MUST BE PRE-AUTHORIZED. PLEASE CONTACT US FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
- Damaged/Defective: Items that may have been damaged in transit or defective when received, can be returned for store credit or replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of having received the damaged/defective item so we can issue you a return authorization and shipping label.
- Exchanges: Please contact us within 7 days of having received your shipment so we may provide you with a return authorization number. We will gladly accommodate a size exchange for items that do not pose a potential health risk.
- *Note: New shipping charges will be billed to the original credit card used on all exchanges, unless the exchange resulted from our error.”
- Custom – made items: custom made items are not returnable.
Pre-Authorization: If there is a problem with your order, we will do our best to make it right. Before sending your merchandise for return or exchange, you must call one of customer service representatives at ….. so we can ensure your return or exchange goes smoothly.
Made to measure items: MTM items made according to measurements provided by the customer cannot be returned, however we guarantee the fit Please contact us within 7 days of delivery should there be a fit issue.
